Modi is celebrating his 24th birthday (The Kobe, in which it's called) by inviting a few friends to swing through a disclosed location (hit him up for the address and you can get pass that disclosed part) for a time of relaxation and celebration. If it means anything, and this should, every event he has thrown or been a part of this year, has been very successful. If you're in the area, this is where you need to be. Or at least swing by and give him a dap and a pound. Making it to 24 around these days and times are no easy task. Congrats!
